David Pattillo is an experienced chief financial officer and board member who has led companies through successful IPOs on both the US and London Stock Exchanges. Most recently, David was CFO of ClearStar Inc., a publicly traded technology company on the London Stock Exchange. Before that, he served as CFO for a NASDAQ-listed company.

Before assuming his role as a board member at Endava, Patrick Butcher held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Headlam Group plc. Patrick’s executive career included financial and operational leadership roles in listed, PE-backed and public-sector organisations, including Capita plc, Go–Ahead Group plc and Network Rail Limited. Beyond that, he has extensive experience working as a management consultant and auditor.

Trevor Smith joined Goldman Sachs in 1986, where he served as CIO for the EMEA Region between 2000 and 2009. He played a pivotal role in advancing the company's technological growth while holding responsibility for all aspects of technology throughout the EMEA region. Trevor joined the Endava Board in 2013, where he currently acts as Chairman.

Kathryn Hollister serves as a board director for Clear Secure Inc., and previously for First Solar Inc. She was an active partner at Deloitte for over 25 years, holding various senior leadership roles, and a Board Director for the Deloitte US and Deloitte Global organisations. Kathryn has served, and continues to serve on, the boards of several academic, health and charitable organisations. She is licensed as an attorney (inactive) and certified public accountant (nonpracticing) in Ohio.

From 2014 until his retirement in 2017, Ben Druskin was the Chairman of the Global Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Citigroup. Prior to that, Ben served as the organisation’s co-head after leading its East Coast Technology Group and the Global Services Team. He is currently a member of the board of directors at Zensar Technologies, CPrime and Endava.

Sulina Connal joined the Endava Board in September 2019. She has worked at the forefront of digital transformation, most recently at Facebook, where she has been Director of Mobile and Connectivity Partnerships since October 2017. Prior to that, she served as Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships at Orange. Sulina holds an MA from the University of Oxford.
